Job Context:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to execute overall factory Admin/ HR & Compliance activities
∎ Assist Management for effective execution of administrative functions of the factory
∎ Conversant with local laws & regulations and ensure implementation
∎ Have to ensure required compliance in the factory premises implemented as per buyer code of conduct
∎ Resolve employees grievance, stress in a proactive manner
∎ Handle all kinds of protocol related works.
∎ Look after & relation development with local administration & others corporate affairs.
∎ Planning, developing, updating and implementing different policies and procedures pertaining to the strategies of Compliance.
∎ Formulate employee motivation factors, counseling, grievance and labor handling, conflict management etc.
∎ Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of Safety, Hygiene and Environment.
∎ To coordinate Compliance, HR, Admin and Production department during compliance audit.
∎ Properly communicate with compliance auditors, fire & civil defense department , labor office , Environment office ,local influences .
∎ Monitor & Supervise employee development & training.
∎ Ensure effective Human Resource Planning- the best fit between employees and jobs and avoiding manpower shortage and surpluses in the organization within budget constraints.
∎ Formulation and implementation of policies and manuals.
∎ Designing and establishing performance record tracking system.
∎ Supervise the performance appraisal process, planning and developing employee motivation, reward and punishment actions.
∎ Provide day to day advice and consultation to top management, line managers on numerous human resources and management issues.

∎ General HR, Compensation/Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, Factory HR Administration, Training & Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Readymade Garments and Manufacturing.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
∎ Sound knowledge of disciplinary action and HR & Compliance.
∎ Knowledge of Buyers' Compliance and Certification.
