Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Method improvement.
∎ Line Lay out finalize.
∎ Operation break down & SMV knowledge.
∎ Machine requirement finalize line wise.
∎ Need capable for keep Factory efficiency over 70%
∎ New Folders/Attachment knowledge/capability.
∎ Line Balancing techniques.
∎ Improve NDT.
∎ Administration of the department.
∎ New innovations.
∎ Lean Manufacturing capability.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Garments.
∎ The applicants must have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments / Buying House / Textile Industry
∎ Good writing and oral Communication skills particularly in Bangla and English.
∎ Computer skill on MS Office/ Excel is must.
