∎ 4/ Machine requirement finalize line wise.
∎ 5/ Need capable for keep Factory efficiency over 70%
∎ 6/ New Folders/Attachment knowledge/capability.
∎ 7/ Line Balancing techniques. Improve NDT.
∎ 8/ Administration of the department.
∎ 9/ New innovations.
∎ 10/ Lean Manufacturing capability
