Experience:
Ensure All Style are Carried out, verify and obtain all relevant information on the styles including operation sequence, method, standard minutes values (SMV),machine/attachment requirements.
Facilities the pilot-run for new styles, prepare machine layouts ,feeding plans & Standard work sheet (STW) whilst avoiding wastage and participating in change-over meetings.
Conduct Work Study and Time study method, including Yamasaki to analyze line performance.
Identify and solve production issues related to work study and facilities a smooth production process.
Actively involved in preparing skill development plans for operators, motivate all team members and team leaders to achieve the desired productivity and skill levels, ensure strict compliance to the safety procedure & 5s.
Review and update the required report to support and facilities production and Management decision making such as daily efficiency report ,Hourly production file, Machine requirement report s, Daily production Start Date (PSD) Report.
Ensure that the Environment, Safety and Health standard s of the organization are adhered to while actively contribute towards promoting a culture of safety and environment consciousness within and outside the organization.
