∎ JOB PURPOSE: The role is to implement women entrepreneurship development project in selected branches
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Field Implementation of women economic empowerment project, Gender Transformative Microfinance Project
∎ Support the research on Gender Transformative Microfinance pilot
∎ Create an Online Market Place for women entrepreneurs
∎ Branding the physical shop of women entrepreneurs in the selected branches
∎ Identified the trades for women entrepreneurs and connect them with market
∎ Take different interventions, campaign for increasing women entrepreneurs
∎ Ensure effective monitoring of projects to drive execution smoothly
∎ Prepare periodical reports to track progress
∎ 50% of working days will be for the field Visit and follow up clients for successful implementation of the initiatives
Additional Requirements:
∎ Hands on experience on Microfinance operation and industries, basic gender equality knowledge or sensitivity, Project management
∎ Microsoft Office software applications Word, Excel, Power Point
∎ Effective communication, proactiveness and interpersonal skills
∎ Effective problem solving, analysing data and learning attitude skills
∎ Minimum 2 years in Microfinance sector and/or any other sector related to gender
Salary: Negotiable
