Responsibilities & Context:
Lead the overall dyeing operations in wash factory to ensure product quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
Follow up Garment dye, direct dye, reactive dye, pigment dye, dis-chargeable dye, tie dye, acid wash, could dye, burnout, deep dye, cross dye, enzyme wash e.t.c.
Develop and implement wash recipes, dyeing techniques, and process parameters to achieve required shades and hand feel as per buyer standards.
Guide the team in sample development, bulk shade matching, and buyer approval processes.
Coordinate closely with production, merchandising, and QA teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.
Introduce innovative and sustainable wash processes to reduce chemical usage, water, and energy consumption.
Ensure chemical, water, and effluent management comply with environmental and buyer requirements (e.g. ZDHC, REACH).
Monitor dyeing efficiency, re-dye ratio, and shade variation to identify areas for improvement.
Provide technical solutions for shade or wash issues during production.
Maintain machine performance, capacity planning, and preventive maintenance in coordination with engineering.
Train and develop wash and dyeing technicians/operators to enhance technical capability and process discipline.
Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and present technical analysis to management.
