Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/MBA degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Quality Control/ Audit
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The applicant should have sound knowledge of Total Quality Management System (TQMS) across all departments.
∎ Responsible to work for continual improvements towards full and sustainable compliance with the quality requirements.
∎ Establish Quality Management System (PDCA) in all units.
∎ Arrange required TQMS training for all staffs on regular basis.
∎ Increasing commitment and involvement of all employees for understanding the TQMS system and its benefit.
∎ Conduct periodical TQMS audit on regular basis.
∎ Oversee the development and maintenance of consistent TQMS policies, procedures, processes and systems for the TQMS department.
∎ Work with internal stakeholders to develop consistent and standardized policies and procedures.
∎ Act as a custodian of all policies and procedures in accordance with TQMS best practices.
∎ Periodically review internal processes and recommend enhancement opportunities.
∎ Advise on quality standards and frameworks.
∎ Advocate for and create a continuous improvement driven culture through engaging and educating depts. and employees on the value of TQMS.
∎ Manage day-to-day activities of the TQMS department.
∎ Report on quality management and business processes bottle nicks, issues and improvement to the top management.
∎ Manage technical audit for multiple customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant should have experience in the following areas:
∎ QMS / PDCA
∎ Computer Literacy is a must, especially in the office package.
∎ Leadership Quality with a positive attitude & having the ability to take decision independently.
∎ Organizing & Managing ability with problem-solving & analytical skills.
∎ Strong communication abilities, in Bengali and English, both oral and written.
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
