Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive talent management strategies, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, career development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
∎ Partner with senior leadership to understand business objectives and develop talent acquisition and development plans aligned with the company's strategic goals.
∎ Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition and development professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
∎ Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and professional organizations, to enhance talent pipelines.
∎ Design and implement programs and initiatives to promote employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
∎ Drive the performance management process, establish clear goals and expectations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to managers and employees.
∎ Collaborate with learning and development teams to identify training needs, design and deliver development programs, and track their effectiveness.
∎ Monitor market trends and best practices in talent management and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, recruitment tools, and techniques.
∎ Familiarity with performance management processes and methodologies.
∎ Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
∎ Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
∎ Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
∎ Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
∎ High level of integrity and professionalism.
