• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Proficiency in supply chain management tools and platforms.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Working experience of relevant software with good computer literacy.

Manager-Supply Chain Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Need to analyzing supply chain data and maintain inventory.

• Require excellent understanding of supply chain processes and good knowledge of relevant software and ERP systems.

• Create the company’s supply chain strategy & develop Comparative Statement (CS) and BIN card System.

• Need to evaluate and analyze the data from different vendors & suppliers and ensure all products available at all areas.

• Collect Price Quotation from supplier and Negotiate with the supplier about price.

• Monitor logistics to make sure they run smooth delivery processes.

• Maintain supply chain inventory, records and reports.

• Train and guide related employees in relevant matters.

• Ensure product wise LIFO & FIFO method & monitor to control the wastage at minimum level.

• Find multiple vendors for each product & try to get a cost-effective solution for supply chain processes.

• Resolve issues that come up delays in delivery, accidents and shortages.

• Coordinate and collaborate with all departments to create coordinated plans for business growth, ensure smooth operation and cost minimization.

• Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain.

• Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards.
