Responsibilities & Context:
Forecast demand and place local and international parts orders.
Ensure parts availability for workshops, warranty claims, and customer requirements.
Drive parts sales via dealers, service centers, and retail.
Monitor inventory, reduce slow or excess stock, and prevent stockouts for workshop, warranty, and customer needs.
Produce pricing, sales, and stock reports; analyze trends.
Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, finance, and service teams.
Lead and guide parts officers and store staff.
Implement measures to reduce excess inventory and minimize stockouts.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and documentation standards.
