Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration/ Banking and Finance / Marketing / Management /Economics / Bank Management/ any other disciplines from any reputed University approved by the UGC.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor strategic Alliance Team Member’s performance and motivate them to reach target.
∎ Identify and obtain approval of new discount & Smart EMI merchants.
∎ Execute promotional activities and campaigns related to merchant acquiring and alliances.
∎ Ensure that Cardholder queries related to Merchant activities are efficiently handled.
∎ Ensure that all-merchant agreements are signed up with bank’s policy, trained, visited periodically and meet their queries efficiently.
∎ Ensure smooth acceptance of cards at the merchant points to maximize customer satisfaction.
∎ Monitor all the complaints, queries & disputes until resolved. Provide all types of related services to the credit card holders for discount & Smart EMI.
∎ Ensure proper training for the Strategic Alliance team to maintain the service standards and specific regulatory requirements.
∎ Initiate product ideas and ongoing features & benefits tailored for each target segment.
∎ Develop and implement marketing strategic plans to drive business growth and meet business targets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Strong communication skill in Bengali and English.
∎ Problem solving & decision-making capacity.
∎ Should have sound knowledge about computer applications such as MS Office, Excel etc.
∎ Capable of working under pressure.
∎ Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
∎ Amicable personality & Positive attitude.
