Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment accessories.
∎ Good understanding of store documentation and stock ledger systems.
∎ Ability to lead and manage a team efficiently.
∎ Knowledge of audit and compliance (especially buyer audits).
∎ 4–6 years of experience in fabric/accessories store management in a garments factory.
∎ Hands-on experience with ERP systems and MS Excel.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Take responsibilities for overall operation of store activities.
∎ To maintain inventory of spare parts, raw materials, finished goods, dyes/chemical, wastage and general store equipment.
∎ Receive & issue of raw material to production floor for production.
∎ Deliver the finished product and wastage materials to concern units/buyer/others party as per DO (Delivery Order).
∎ Maintain ledger/software for store.
∎ Maintain proper inventory levels through timely issuance and stock reconciliation.
∎ Coordinate with the merchandising, planning, procurement, and production teams.
∎ Maintain cleanliness, proper labeling, and safe storage practices.
∎ Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management.
∎ Ensure store records and documents are properly maintained and audited.
∎ Train and supervise store staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
∎ Follow compliance and safety standards as per buyer and factory requirements.
