Responsibilities & Context:
Supervision of store inventory management system.
Must have strong knowledge on ERP based software.
Lead the warehouse team for effective management of store operation in receiving inspection, storage, issuance & transfer of items as per company policy.
Plan making, implement & utilize optimum use of warehouse space.
Prepare stock reports on daily, weekly & monthly basis.
Maintaining LIFO/FIFO system on medicine, disinfectant goods by BIN card.Supervising- MRR, SR, SRM, store register, gate pass, ERP & manual entry.
Ensure proper storage of products to assure quality as per ISO requirement.
Ensure compliance of warehouse activities and implement health & safety measures as per company policy.
Plan, develop and continuous improvement in all activities of warehouse process.
Monitoring distribution & delivery process efficiently and effectively.
Warehouse monitoring, re-order level checking, demand forecasting and communication with assigned unit.
Purchase requisition and planning, implementing & utilizing optimum use of store space.
Continuous improvement in activities of procedure, policy with implementation, Work aware, motivating and developing the total workforce of store.
Should have strong knowledge over store management of general store, raw materials store, chemical store, including medicine and additives may use in production.
