Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Chemical store, Fabrics Store, Garment General Store, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Dyeing Factory

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all receivable & issue document properly stock materials according to a prescribed inventory system.
∎ Follow up material inbound & outbound.
∎ Check materials inventory report & inform to concern department head.
∎ Follow up Work Order & in-house properly.
∎ Follow up fabrics panel Input to output status & Monitoring Proper delivery schedule.
∎ Check raw materials availability as per production plan.
∎ Follow up material distribution as per consumption.
∎ Follow up fabrics delivery.
∎ Making monthly requisition for required items & service.
∎ Maintain accurate stock according FIFO & LIFO.
∎ Follow up Chemical MSDS & displayed accessible in the storage areas.
∎ Availability of PPEs ensured while handling chemicals.
∎ Making buyer related document.
∎ Follow up BIN Card.
∎ Follow up to keep the warehouse neat & clean and well organize (as per compliance).
∎ Ensure Chemical Storing secondary containment & in pallet.
∎ Follow-up Hazard & non-Hazard chemicals segregated and stored separately.
∎ Follow up warehouse & employee safety facility (as per compliance).
∎ Maintain transport schedule.
∎ Conduct Monthly 100% physical counting of inventory.
∎ Follow up daily Receive & delivery report & inform to department head.
∎ Follow up Stock Register & Consumption report.
∎ Keep accurate physical inventory Monthly & Yearly.
∎ Coordinate with Planner, Merchandiser, Purchase/Procurement Team, Commercial, F & A, Audit department & necessary departments.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
