Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Context: The above-mentioned position holder’s major duties and responsibilities will be related to the Quality Assurance of the garments factory.
∎ Job Responsibilities
∎ •Responsible for overall quality assurance for Woven garments.
∎ •Ensure product quality as per customer quality standards.
∎ •Sound Knowledge of all kinds of Technical Audit.
∎ •Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes.
∎ •Maintain and improve product quality by monitoring product requirements, SOP, compliance and Technical support.
∎ •Conduct audit and monitor the first article and first piece inspection and report.
∎ •Correct quality/technical instruction is exhibited on each quality workstation.
∎ •Analyze statistical data to determine present standards and ensure required quality before shipment.
∎ •Check randomly on all QI workstations once a day and make sure the right product is passed.
∎ •Responsible for monitoring hourly audit results of respective lines and resolving issues.
∎ •Coordinate with all quality controllers to understand and solve problems from time to time.
∎ •Initiate new ideas, processes or systems to reduce defects and improve quality.
∎ •Monitor the defects observed in finishing and ensure the defect rates are minimized.
∎ •Take necessary action or inform the authorities if any discrepancies happen.
∎ •Need to finalize the critical operation, and quality points and explain them to the quality team.
∎ •Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Production, IE & QA teams to get the corrective actions.
∎ •Report any deviation in QA system to the management.
∎ •Very Good/ Good communication skills in English.
∎ •Must have experience working with buyers like American Eagle, Kontoor, Wrangler, Next, Carrefour, KIk, TAKKO, Lefties, Mother Care, Kingee, Belk, Willium Connor Etc.
