Job Context:
∎ We are a renowned sweater factory is seeking for smart, energetic, self-confident & experienced QC & QA professionals who can handling different brand with customize reporting functions.
∎ Candidates with experience with buyer like H&M, Best Seller and Japanese buyers, will get preference.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize, and coordinates all activities related to QA/QC function.
∎ Independently handle the brands for all quality assurance activities including but not limited to Quality Control, Quality Audit, PPM, Pilot, Sampling, Inline inspection, product safety, and pre-final & final inspection.
∎ Ensures that all comments, instructions, standards & policies, and systems pertaining to the brand are effectively implemented in all processes of production & inspection from raw materials procurement and up to product shipment for achieving the best quality.
∎ Coordinate with production, merchandising, and quality teams to ensure smooth flow of all information is updated.
∎ Ensures that all produced goods are of the right quality and delivered on time.
∎ Ensures that shipment adheres to the shipment schedule of the buyer and meets the cut-off date.
∎ Ensures that all checkers and inspectors are fully trained in every process to ensure quality goods output.
∎ Monitors and follow-up activities related to the brand to achieve the ultimate goal.
∎ Prepares Corrective Action & Preventive action for any brand's call-out. Reviews the process and offers ideas for continuous improvement.
∎ Prepares checklist for internal audit to ensure that all processes are in accordance with buyer quality standards and expectations.
∎ Capability to establish & implement good QC & QA procedures in the factory
