Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure the implementation of Competency Development Program for line functions to create succession and build Talent Management Pipeline with the assistance of central HR unit.
∎ Organization design and perform change management initiatives in respond to the need of organization changes. Leading the change management being the Ambassador of the same to respond to the need of organizational changes.
∎ Build strategic partnership and collaboration with line functions to create ground for acceptance & friendly adoption of HR strategies by business units.
∎ Perform and facilitates the overall performance management system for employee development & organizational improvement.
∎ Evaluate and recommend job competency requirements for development, career progression & build up leadership ability.
∎ Managing Transfer, Confirmation, and Contract renewal processes with the help of team members for the Business unit.
∎ Act as a mirror of HR into line function to establish single point of contact for Line functions on all HR related issue·      Execute the line function for people planning and propose new policies, process, procedure to achieve competency & organizational capabilities with periodical review.
∎ Drive the process development in the area of resourcing and policy implementation to ensure compliance in the area of Resourcing.
∎ Involve in sourcing or targeted search by using effective sourcing tools.
∎ Prepare organizational development strategy which drives organizational culture and change management and support the organization in becoming a high performing company.
∎ Develop budget for the function and ensure adherence to the same.
∎ Periodically review organization structure, manpower numbers, lines of control and delegation of authority to ensure it meets the needs of business and ensure speed and flexibility in decision making.
∎ Ensure role clarity by developing/ updating job descriptions and KPIs and communicating the same to the employees.
∎ Support Head HR & Admin in key change management initiatives related to HR/organization transformation in response to business/environment dynamics.
∎ Implement OD initiatives across the organization, including HIPo Identification, Succession planning & leadership development.
∎ Build a high level of employee engagement and satisfaction by providing platforms where employee can share their experience.
∎ Develop MIS on performance of the function and present OD reports to the management on a regular basis.
∎ Ensure functional capability development of self and subordinates by identifying and addressing the training needs.
∎ Conduct formal performance assessment of self and subordinates.
∎ Responsible for anticipating business related organization development (OD) needs and develop appropriate OD interventions for organization effectiveness. Assist in employee engagement through various initiatives around critical talent management, leadership development, competency development, change management, other interventions for enhanced employee engagement (EE) levels and strategic HR Business Partnering.
