Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEng) in Textile Technology or MBA in any discipline with adequate experience
∎ Skills Required: good communication skill, Good Ms office and Emailing skill, Good Team Leader
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Apparel Manufacturing Process, At least 05 years of Managerial Level experience., Brand Planning/ Development, Strong leadership and team management skill
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House, Textile, Trading or Export/Import, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Product/Sample Development Activities Follow-up/Coordination with PD Department/Buyers/counterparts.
∎ Confirmation of garments price and orders with buyers.
∎ Sourcing of fabrics/yarn, accessories. etc.
∎ Selection of factories, confirmation of price, placement order, etc.
∎ Assignment of jobs, monitoring the activities and evaluation of performance of subordinates.
∎ Monitor production and ensure time schedule and quality of garments.
∎ Monitoring opening of BTB-LCs by the Factory
∎ Ensure that production plan is prepared and maintained by the factory to meet the delivery deadlines.
∎ Work closely with QA Team to ensure inline as well as final inspection of garments and preparation of reports, as required.
∎ Communicate with buyers on a regular basis to provide up-to-date info with regard to the status of production and shipment of garments
∎ Regular communication with buyer on new inquires and also advising them on new inquiries and also advising them on new products possible for sourcing from here.
∎ Follow up of shipping documents and liaison with Bank, forwarder, shipping Agent, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum graduation from any accredited and reputed university. Technical qualification in textile technology/Merchandising/Fashion Designing will be an added advantage.
Salary: Negotiable
