Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Practical job experience in a reputed Export-oriented Knit Garments Manufacturing Company.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame.
∎ Good command of both written and spoken English.
∎ Hands-on PC skills with the knowledge of commonly used Microsoft Office.
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Bond, Cash Incentive in RMG (Ready Made Garments) Sector, Commercial, Export/ Import through L/C, Freight Forwarding/ C&F, Logistic Service
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare all kinds of export documents as per TT & LC terms & conditions and buyer's guidelines;
∎ Corresponding with CNF & Carrier to ensure smooth delivery;
∎ Keeping proper records of all types of statements relating to export;
∎ Communicate with the buyer, C&F, Transport, and shipping line independently.
∎ Booking placement, preparing and providing shipment docs for forwarder and buyer.
∎ Frequent communication with banks regarding export documents.
∎ Prepare report all export documents on payment realization/cost sheet.
∎ Export documents submitted to the Bank timely & collect maturity in the stipulated time frame.
∎ Selecting carriers and negotiating contracts and rates.
∎ Planning and monitoring inbound and outgoing deliveries.
∎ Supervising logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.
∎ Working with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
