∎ Graduation in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
∎ Proven experience in a managerial role within the garments manufacturing industry.
∎ Strong knowledge of Lean management, KAIZEN, TPM, Six Sigma, and other process improvement tools.
∎ Proficiency in using ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
∎ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the IE Department, fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence.
∎ Prepare and review production schedules, line plans, and T&A calendars to enhance productivity.
∎ Minimize costs and optimize labor, machinery, and material usage through effective layouts.
∎ Implement Lean management, KAIZEN, TPM, Six Sigma, and other tools for efficient production.
∎ Calculate and finalize product SMV using the GSD method, perform CM calculations, and finalize product costs.
∎ Maximize ERP system utilization for accurate data entry and decision support.
∎ Lead the IE Department, fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence.
