Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management
∎ Reputed Public or Private University will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Compliance, Factory HR Administration

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance, Garments, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have the sound & professional knowledge & experiences of a large well known Garments factory/Group.
∎ Implement human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health, employee relations and retention.
∎ To maintain update Organogram and make proper manpower planning consistent with Organizational policy.
∎ Provide payroll & benefits with required information for accurate and timely processing of employee information
∎ To maintain the proper management of Transfer, Increment, Promotion with Proper Documents.
∎ Responsible for handling Different Social Standards like: BSCI, Sedex, WRAP, Step (Sustainable Textile Production) etc. Some Environmental Standards like: GOTS, OCS and few buyers own requirements.
∎ The applicant Sound knowledge on Human Resource Management, BLL 2006, Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015 and other industrial and environmental laws, safety rules and regulations Maintain and revise policies and procedures for the admin as a whole and also run day-to-day related /required operational activities.
∎ Manage HR functions including office time, leave management, attendance management.
∎ Ensure development and implementation of HR policies, compliance and procedure to support and companies business objectives in accordance with legal framework.
∎ Developing and maintaining different HR & Compliance policies in line with Labor Law, Buyers' Code of Conducts, industry standards etc;
∎ Take care all kinds of audits & buyer's visit by leading the team.
∎ Develop and maintain performance management processes.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
