Experience:
Graduation/post-graduation degree in HRM·
Graduation in any discipline with PGD in HRM
10 to 15 years of HR experience, at least five of those years spent in a managerial capacity.
Candidates should have prior experience in one or more of the following business domains: multinational corporations, software firms, and garments.

Job Context: Serves as HR & Admin solution provider for all concerns related to employee activity and adherence to policy guidelines, directs and coordinates human resources activities such as employment, performance management, employee training, salary associated queries. The ideal candidate must have vital experience in HRM, Admin & Corporate Affairs, possess strategic leadership skills, and demonstrate a strong ability to drive the HR & Admin Department of the group.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall Admin & HR issues and creating a healthy & comfortable work environment within the organization.
Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
Employee Onboarding: Ensure seamless integration of new hires, driving onboarding programs and ensuring document compliance.
Employer Branding: Drive employer branding initiatives, making the company an employer of choice.
Support business needs through employee development and engagement.
Maintain attendance and leave records & update personal files for all employees.
Provide management with HR metrics for decision-making.
Develop and implement policies and issues such as working conditions, performance management and disciplinary procedures.
Establish an efficient attendance system that all staff members must adhere to, and deal with employee absenteeism in accordance with policy.
Leave management as per the organization`s leave policy and existing Labor law.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Maintain good relationships with the local bodies, govt. agencies as required.
Answer employee`s queries about HR & Admin-related issues.
Maintain and update company databases.
Responsible for the operational execution of all HR activities and providing operational support on all aspects of HR department.
Scheduling meetings, interviews, HR events and maintaining agenda.
Any other task assigned by management.
