Job Responsibilities
Develop & maintain strong business relationships with clients through regular communication & meetings.
Communicate with clients on a daily basis via email/verbally and maintain the workflow of client projects.
Maintain individual client projects by following their requirements and getting them done with the help of the Production Dept.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients – addressing inquiries, solving issues, and ensuring their needs are fulfilled.
Coordinate with the production department to ensure timely & accurate delivery deadlines are met as per client’s r’s requirements.
Monitor & evaluate workflow for each client – what we can improve to maintain the standard of the services.
Prepare reports of the client’s workflow on a daily basis & maintain them each month.
Identify opportunities for improvements & implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and get them on board.
Monthly Invoices should be done for each individual client.
Searching for new targeted leads.
Perform operational tasks assigned by the supervisor or higher authority
1 day off per week (Sunday)
