Responsibilities & Context:

Work context

Offshore IT seeks for experienced, dynamic & personable international client service manager to join our team.

We are looking for self-driven, self-motivated, and dedicated individuals for project handling. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop & maintain strong business relationships with clients through regular communication & meetings.

  • Communicate with clients on a daily basis via email/verbally and maintain the workflow of client projects.

  • Maintain individual client projects by following their requirements and getting them done with the help of the Production Dept.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients – addressing inquiries, solving issues, and ensuring their needs are fulfilled.

  • Coordinate with the production department to ensure timely & accurate delivery deadlines are met as per client’s r’s requirements.

  • Monitor & evaluate workflow for each client – what we can improve to maintain the standard of the services.

  • Prepare reports of the client’s workflow on a daily basis & maintain them each month.

  • Identify opportunities for improvements & implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and get them on board.

  • Monthly Invoices should be done for each individual client.

  • Searching for new targeted leads.

  • Perform operational tasks assigned by the supervisor or higher authority
