Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with international clients via email and phone.

• Coordinate with the production team on ongoing projects.

• Maintain workflow reports and documentation.

• Ensure timely follow-ups and client satisfaction

• Attend meetings and contribute to team activities.

• Identify and suggest improvements in client service.
