• Educational background doesn`t matter as long as you speak English fluently.

• Required Skills: Telemarketing Call Center, Call Center Training, Fluent in English, Email, Excellent Presentation Skills, Internet Browsing, Marketing, Hardworking.

• A -Level/NSU, IUB, BRAC, AIUB, East West Graduate/IELTS Band Score 6 is preferable.

• At least 1 years

Job context

We are looking for experienced and fresher (good English speakers) telemarketers for our Europe/USA/Canadian- Projects.

Apply only if you are comfortable working in:Evening shift (Bangladesh time 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM).

Night shift (Bangladesh time 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM).

We are looking for self-driven, self-motivated and dedicated individuals for cold calling. 

Job Responsibilities

• Handle a large number of outbound calls to Europe/USA/Canadian customers in a timely manner.

• Applicants must be fluent in English and able to work night shifts.

• Follow communication "scripts" when handling various topics. Also must have a good method and be able to go off-script if needed.

• Taking customer inquiries, selling services/products over the telephone as per instructions given.

• During each call, follow the “sales script” to address different topics.

• Find out what the customer needs, clarify the problem and provide a solution or alternative.

• Searching for new targeted leads.
