Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Experience to operate vessel in various port such as Chittagong port, Payra port & Mongla Port.
∎ Familiarity about international Sea port operation.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Shipping Liners or Shipping Agencies, Shipping Logistic, Shipping Operation

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attending in the daily Berthing Meeting at CPA.
∎ To handle vessel Berthing, Shifting & selling permission at Chittagong Port.
∎ To communication with Ship’s Owner/Charter/Consignee prior arrival to sailing of the vessel, PDA settlement.
∎ Preparing EPDA & FDA complying the Bangladesh Bank Rule and necessary provision mutually settled among Ship’s Agent and Owner/Charter.
∎ Declaring C-Form for encashment of Inward Remittance on vessel account.
∎ Preparing and Submitting return on PDA to Bangladesh Bank.
∎ Monitoring payment of Custom Duty & Port Dues of Imported Cargo upon communicate with respective importer.
∎ To communicate with onboard ship handling operator/stevedore to follow up the cargo discharge.
∎ Communicate with port control & Ship captain for reporting update operation positions.
∎ Responsible for Vessel Inward and Outward (MMD & Shipping office) Formalities.
∎ Crew safe manning, Sign on/Off with MMD, Custom House and CPA
∎ To look after overall operations of any ship calling at respective Port.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Females candidate will give priority.
∎ Strong communication skills in bot Bengali & English.
∎ Skills Required: MS Word, MS Excel, & Email communication.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Decision making & Leading the organization.
∎ Capable to liaison with different Govt. & non Govt. organizations in order to improve business relationship of the organization.
