Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising all functions of the sample development cycle, from yarn to finish garments
∎ Ensuring on-time sewing production and Quality assurance
∎ Solving all sewing technical matters/fitting /knitting technical matters /dyeing technical matters
∎ Implementing and sustaining lean manufacturing to provide stability of all critical path operation functions at the sample development process and seamless production process
∎ Developing Technical skills for all product development Job functions
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have a good personality.
∎ Have working experience in seamless knitting.
∎ Comprehensive knowledge of Gerber pattern making, Illustrator template making.
∎ Sound knowledge of garment construction methods, and sample room handling sewing technical part.
∎ Should have strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
Salary: Negotiable
