Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and direct movements towards sewing department to meet daily production target
∎ Verify line layout of individual style and adjustment through the balancing of the machine and skilled worker
∎ Make sure the production capacity, quality, and timing
∎ Fully responsible from cutting to shipment
∎ Ensure sewing production through line chiefs, line supervisors, operators, and helpers
∎ Set the line layout as per SMV and effort to increase production efficiency
∎ Communicate and follow with merchandising, planning, IE, Store, cutting, finishing, and packing
∎ Coordinate with the machine maintenance team to get most suitable support from them
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kinds of wastage like rejection, alteration overproduction and extra hours of work
∎ Executive the plan and reach the target set by the company.
∎ Any other task is given by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sewing production
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have a good personality.
∎ Have working experience in a reputed factory with handle major buyers like Puma, M&S, H & M.
∎ Should have strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire the workers' team and staff.
∎ Self-motivated and responsible.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
∎ Should be proactive and result-oriented.
Salary: Negotiable
