Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee measurement accuracy, grading checks, print color shades, size corrections, inside color consistency, air hole color, spotting issues, and execution of the print plan.
∎ Ensure printing aligns with buyer requirements and specifications.
∎ Maintain high-quality standards while achieving production targets.
∎ Organize and lead Pre-Production (PP) meetings, facilitating effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.
∎ Uphold 5S workplace organization practices to ensure a clean, efficient, and safe working environment
