Responsibilities & Context:
- Responsible for measurement accuracy, grading checks, print color shades, size discrepancies, inside color consistency, air hole color, and spotting issues.
- Ensure printing meets buyer requirements and adheres to quality standards.
- Strive to achieve high-quality outputs and consistent color matching.
- Organize and lead Pre-Production (PP) meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment among all team members.
- Implement and maintain 5S workplace organization principles.
- Ensure the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all team members
