Job Context:

∎ We are looking for an interested candidate for the mentioned position who has got the initiative and self-motivation to take the challenges and believe in hard working under any pressure to deliver high quality results.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to oversee mechanical issues of all types of sewing machine at factory in coordination with factory maintenance staff
∎ Mechanical knowledge and repair of sewing machines manufactured by Juki, Jack, Brother Etc.
∎ Able to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
∎ Practical good knowledge about various kinds of Folder fixing, identifying and trouble shoots.
∎ Responsible for periodic and scheduled maintenance of all sewing machines of woven factory.
∎ Ensure proper monitoring & follow up routine for schedule sewing machines maintenance including break down maintenance, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting maintenance, rout cause analysis etc.
∎ Running a preventive maintenance program that will minimize service repairs in the long run.
∎ Ability to work independently.
∎ Ability to work with a highly diversified work force.
∎ Perform maintenance and repairs on quilting machines and all types' sewing machines including over lock, chain4stitch, and lockstitch.
∎ Perform tasks to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility's equipment.
∎ Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience Requirements: At least 10 to 15 year(s) experience in relevant filed.
∎ The applicants should have experience on woven factory.
∎ Should have proven experience in sewing machine maintenance
∎ Should have leadership quality
∎ Should be well mannered & good Team leader
