Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Industrial Production and Engineering
∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc in Industrial & Production Engineering
∎ Shahjalal University of Science & Technology, University of Dhaka students will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Industrial Engineering, Production, Production planning, supply chain management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for entire production and IE related functions for the entire operation including Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, printing/embroidery and ensure on time shipment;
∎ Prepare & implement line allocation based on business requirements;
∎ Forecast delay situation and future bottle necks and take precaution accordingly;
∎ Setting IE team and ensuring that the targets are achieved.
∎ Plugging orders in productive way to ensure optimum utilization of capacity and maintain live production plans;
∎ Will be fully responsible for "On time shipment" of all order.
∎ Review the current policies and improve plans to improve upon the existing standards.
∎ Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.
∎ Prepare operation bulletin machine / line layout.
∎ Do method / Motion / Time study in line for each style.
∎ Capacity study of line for setting standards targets and line balancing.
∎ Monitor the productivity and efficiency report.
∎ Train the concern responsible to increase productivity.
∎ Ensure various system implementations to minimize the cost and increase efficiency of factory.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have the experience of minimum 30,000 pieces garment production per day;
∎ Must have leadership skill and team work ability;
∎ Be able to handle Production Plan efficiently & professionally;
∎ Must have good communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality;
∎ Must have excellent analytical management skills;
