PGDM/MBA major in HRM from any reputed university with good academic background

Position: Manager/ Senior Manager

Department: HR & Admin

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of Organizational Development (OD) aligned with business strategy

  • Occupational Health & Safety, handling compliance claims

  • Coordinating with DIFE for labor law compliance

  • Support the development, standardization, and implementation of HR policies, and SOPs

  • Assist in Talent Management activities

  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and organization-wide culture development programs

  • Support and prepare yearly training plan and execution of training programs, including training needs assessment, scheduling, coordination, evaluation and orientation

  • Grievance Handling and maintain disciplinary procedures and ensure complete compliance according to Labor Law

  • Daily HR & Administrative activities

  • Any other tasks assigned by management
