∎ Skills Required: Advanced Knowledge in Excel, Buyer Handling, Communication, Negotiation Skills, Sales Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial export import, Negotiation Skills, Sales Marketing, Spinning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments Accessories, Spinning, Textile, Trading or Export/Import
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities to expand the company's reach.
∎ Execute effective sales strategies to sell more products (yarn) and continue the market growth.
∎ Prepare pre- and post-shipment commercial documents, ensuring the completion of all necessary export-related documentation.
∎ Support team on documentation for LC, PI and SO and keep updated on all the documentation.
∎ Maintain an accurate record of all functions by using SAP
∎ Maintain regular communication with PP, MM and commercial
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide exceptional service and build loyalty.
∎ Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
∎ Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
∎ Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
∎ Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to enhance the team's skills and productivity.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 8 years experience in garment industry
∎ Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills
∎ Knowledge and skill on merchandising methods and techniques
∎ Negotiating skill
∎ Conversant with handling US and Europe based customers
∎ Should have hands-on experience on Customer Relation Management
Salary: Negotiable
