Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/MBA in Marketing/Sales/relevant discipline with ICT training, background and knowledge.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage, monitor, evaluate, mentor and enhance the performance of the sales and marketing team. Lead and motivate the team to achieve the target and enhance individual performance.
∎ Communicate with the clients, know their expectations, and convey it to technical, sales and business development teams for development and smooth delivery.
∎ Prepare sales strategy, plan, and define the clear requirements, budget and present concepts to clients for developing future business activities.
∎ Define standards, guidelines and best practices in sales operations to ensure quality and productive sales.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 6+ years of experience in ICT/Software/ Mobile Applications sales.
∎ Sales Management: - Experiences in sales planning, budget estimation, management, monitoring & evaluation with appropriate strategies/policies to meet the company objectives and client's need. Capacity to handle multiple tasks, make decisions and solve problems while under pressure, and prioritize and organize effectively.
∎ Relationship Management: - Ability to maintain good relationship with partners/clients, networking and business leads and developing a deep understanding of their requirements for providing solutions in long-term business strategies.
∎ Communication Skill: - Excellent report writing, agreement and contract paper understanding, presentation and communication skill is a must. Attractive personality with the ability to motivate and inspire the team members for exceptional performance.
∎ Additional Requirements: - Be flexible for office timing, travelling and maintain liaison etc. Meet up KPI based target.
