Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree/BBA in Marketing/ Sales/ relevant discipline with ICT training, background and knowledge
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicating with the potential clients for the training courses offered by us
∎ Sales of ICT, software and mobile applications-based products
∎ Collaborate with managers and field team to identify training needs and follow up TNA Process
∎ Assisting the Team Leader in designing monthly and annual training calendars, budgets & follow-up processes
∎ Communicate, coordinate, and conduct training programs with the team lead
∎ Maintain all training records of training attendance, training evaluations, training feedback etc.
∎ Assist in preparing weekly and monthly sales training reports
∎ Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development
∎ Evaluating training program effectiveness and making continuous improvements
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Smart, energetic, self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals
∎ Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication and report writing skills
∎ Possess the skill to work within team and also perform independently
∎ Excellent MS Office skills, knowledge in ICT
∎ Flexible for office timing, travelling and maintain liaison etc. and ready to work under pressure
∎ Meet up KPI based target and sales-based target to be given which are the key job indicators and performance will be reviewed and monitored all the time.
∎ Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
∎ 2 to 5 years of experiences in the relevant fields such as team management, training & capacity building, training coordination and facilitation
