Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in CSE/CS/IT/ICT/ETE/ EEE or equivalent
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Software license management, user account management, and role-based access control (RBAC) in enterprise applications
∎ Manage backups of all systems ensuring that they run successfully and manage rotation of backups off-site for safe storage
∎ Install, configure, update and upgrade cloud servers, computer hardware, networks, operating systems, databases, and applications. Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose and solve hardware/software faults
∎ Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure
∎ Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
∎ Record and classify received incident and undertake an immediate effort in order to escalate as quickly as possible to resolve following the escalation matrix
∎ Escalate Major Incidents to the senior management forum Ensures reactive and proactive management of IT problems and known errors.
∎ Provide training for knowledge transfer and capacity building of client staff and end users
∎ Any other task as assigned by the appropriate authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ At least one Vendor Certification on Server or Storage (Dell/HP/Cisco/NetApp/Equivalent) is Mandatory. Must provide a copy of the vendor certification.
∎ Full awareness of cyber security standards and best practices.
∎ Knowledge of GitHub/GitLab and CI/CD (Jenkins) will be an added advantage
∎ Diagramming Software packages: Smart Draw, MS Visio, etc.
