Job Context:
∎ Developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue
∎ Expertise on online and offline Sales
∎ Leading and managing a team to achieve specific goals and objectives
∎ Identifying potential customers and building relationships with them
∎ Demonstrating product knowledge and presenting products to customers
∎ Negotiating contracts and closing deals
∎ Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
∎ Collaborating with marketing and other departments to develop sales materials

∎ Developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Market research to identify potential customers and competitors, develop pricing strategies, and create promotional campaigns to reach and engage target customers.
∎ Sales & Marketing managers lead and manage the sales team, which may include hiring, training, and motivating sales representatives. They also set sales targets and monitor the performance of the sales team to ensure that goals are met.
∎ Create and manage marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with clients, both new and existing, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
∎ Responsible for setting sales and marketing targets and ensuring that they are achieved.
∎ Research to understand the needs and preferences of the target audience, and use this information to develop effective sales and marketing campaigns.
∎ Manage and motivate the sales and marketing team to ensure that they are working effectively towards achieving the Sales target.
∎ Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget to ensure that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
∎ Build strong relationships with clients and partners to develop new business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Working with the executive team, such as the marketing director or managing director, to set the marketing strategy for the business.
∎ Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team.
∎ Negotiating and liaising with third-party marketing agencies.
∎ Writing and delivering content and social media plans.
∎ Managing the design and production of promotional materials, such as websites and brochures.
∎ Overseeing the company's attendance at events, such as trade shows, conferences, and festivals.
∎ Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and yearly Sales Report generate

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3 to 5 years of experience in experienced candidates are eligible to apply.
∎ Must have extensive knowledge on CCTV and Time Attendance Systems
∎ Must have a good understanding of local area network
∎ Good communication skill is required
∎ Online and offline sales

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 50000 (Monthly)
