Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee all aspects of the sales admin functions of Biscuit Line
∎ Monitor/Track field force attendance regularly and prepare monthly attendance report accordingly, maintain leave record and Assist HR department to prepare monthly field force Salary & TA/DA sheet
∎ Prepare different types of analytical reports (sales staff-wise monthly sales target, achievements, sales activity report & KPI report) Daily, Weekly & Monthly related with Sales and Distribution as per requirement of Line Head
∎ Plan for Area demarcation and ensure mobilization or demobilization of the field force on time.
∎ Assist in the appointment process of distributors by collecting documents (Application Form, Business Portfolio, Trade License, TIN Certificate, VAT Registration, NID Copy, Bank Statement, Business & permanent Address) and help the process with proper documentation
∎ Update undelivered and delivered status, Daily Sales (value, quantity) as on date
∎ Update of Dispatch Order and vehicle loading information (time to time)
∎ Confirm and communicate on party balance (quantity, Value etc.) to all members of sales team and prepare documents & information for party balance reconciliation
∎ Collect problems of field force (Incentive, Online posting, Motorbike, Mobile bill, TA/DA bill, Attendance & Leave, Resign) and solve them by communicating with superiors
∎ Prepare all sales related internal & external notice, letter, notes, massages, meeting minutes in a timely manner
∎ Collect market information of competitive brands and submits it to Line Head
∎ Arrange and coordinate weekly/monthly sales meetings
∎ Ensure that all existing and new sales personnel are up to date about the company's policy, procedures and their duties
∎ Update & maintain Field force database
∎ Ensure all the logistics support of the sales team
∎ Perform such other duties and responsibilities whenever assigned by Supervisor

Additional Requirements:
∎ Well versed in MS office application especially in excel
∎ Must have excellent communication skill in both English & Bengal
∎ Strong analytical & problem solving skills
∎ Efficiently manage and meet deadlines

Salary: Negotiable
