Job Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute result-driven sales strategies to achieve and exceed company sales targets.
· Lead, guide, and closely monitor the sales team to maximize performance, productivity, and revenue growth.
· Identify new sales opportunities, market trends, and evolving customer needs to optimize sales planning and execution.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, investors, and corporate clients.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation, campaigns, and brand awareness initiatives.
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and market positioning.
· Supervise, train, coach, and motivate the sales team to improve efficiency and performance.
· Set clear individual and team sales targets and ensure consistent achievement.
· Conduct regular sales meetings, performance evaluations, and ongoing skill development programs.
· Ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the entire sales journey.
· Handle client inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional and timely manner.
· Develop and maintain long-term relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
· Oversee the complete sales cycle, from initial inquiry to deal closure.
· Track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and present insights to senior management.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
· Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and relevant real estate regulations.
· Coordinate closely with legal, finance, and project teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
· Work collaboratively with marketing and branding teams to execute effective promotional activities.
