• Develop software and field productivity management tools in collaboration with MIS to capture customer-wise primary and secondary information, sales analytics, painter off-take, project, contractors, and corporate lead follow-up and feedback for the entire salesforce.

• Execute painters’ apps (customized solution) to run the painters’ scheme efficiently to have greater leverage in the market. 

• Evaluate comparative analysis of schemes currently in execution and prepare a competitive landscape to promote the brand amongst painters, contractors, engineers, home owners, developers, and other specifiers as per market requirement.

• Trade promo and campaigns evaluation and analysis under set KPIs and embracing all overriding factors into consideration for management approval.

• Preparing different customized reports & dashboards, regional KPIs, and business KPIs for the Business Director and interacting & coordinating with the sales team.

• Proactively anticipate changes required to safeguard the company’s interests, especially in key accounts.

• Managing communications between key clients and internal teams through CRM software, B2B (dealers & non-dealers).

• Assist in digital campaigns (sales, engagement) for both retail and online.

• Preparing Bulk SMS Copy and scheduling.
