Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare the monthly budget and distribute it among the dealers and the team.
Achieve the target of sales, volume, and revenue.
Choose the right dealer and negotiate with them efficiently to reach a profitable bargain.
Ensure growth of dealers, including facilitation of sales, credit management, stock rotations, and collection.
Plan and execute workshop, demonstration, and sample activities (demand generation) to beat competition.
Establish practice of regular reporting to supervisor(s) in a concise and clear manner.
Motivate the sales team to get the work done & achieve the target.
Monitoring competitor activities and devising effective countermeasures.
Monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in operations and meeting of individual & group targets and corporate goals.
