∎ Candidate should have able to tack handle the production pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Should technically be qualified & capable of monitoring day to day activities.
∎ To meet the shipment dates.
∎ Must be following up day to day target work.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for handling Finishing Department independently ensuring shipment target with desired quality.
∎ Monitor the finishing related process in order to meet on time shipment & to avoid short shipment.
∎ Have to maintain close relation & Team work with Production & Cutting for on time shipment.
∎ Verify line layout of individual style and adjustment through balancing skilled manpower·
∎ Ensure to start the Finishing production as per monthly production plan in time.
∎ Ensure the manpower setup as per lay out.·
∎ Ensure the daily style wise target achievement.·
∎ Control finishing operation & ability to handle the inspections with external buying office audits.·
∎ Plan and assign orders to finishing section and follow-up hourly, daily target.·
∎ Maintain level of trims, accessories and WIP across the finishing floor.·
∎ Proper utilization of man, machine & material and ensure on time delivery with highest efficiency.·
∎ Coordinate with team & buyer representative for on time inspections.·
∎ Able to follow shipment plan and achieve set packing targets, identifying bottlenecks and quick balancing finishing lines as and when required, analyzing individual workers performance.·
∎ Analyze the product and prepare for line feeding to get the right quality first time.
