∎ JOB PURPOSE: As a Manager of Resource Mobilisation, you will be a part of a team of talented managers and lead and collaborate on developing concept notes and proposals. Your role will involve supporting the process of raising funds for BRAC programmes/enterprises from both existing and potential bilateral and multilateral donors, corporate and private foundations, and regional organisations.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the safeguarding goals while acting as a key source of support, guidance and expertise for establishing a safe working environment in accordance to its reporting procedures.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
∎ Practice, promote, encourage and endorse the safeguarding policy and implementation standards among team members in case of any reportable incident

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Your responsibilities will include identifying new funding opportunities from different sources; supporting the process of proposal development following the BRAC's SOP; ensuring quality in line with BRAC standards and donor requirements; maintaining regular coordination with programme focal points, relevant colleagues from support functions, affiliate offices in New York and London, as well BRAC International and BRAC Global; ensuring archiving data and knowledge management of the submitted proposal packages; supporting in organising high-impact donor/partner events; contributing to various internal reports prepared by GRP; and, staying informed about funding trends.
∎ The role requires being comfortable with database analysis, as is the ability to adapt to new technologies and tools. Experience using CRM platforms, such as Salesforce is a plus.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong proposal development and writing skills.
∎ Expertise in Microsoft office applications and basic knowledge in graphics designing.
∎ Strong proficiency in English.
∎ Excellent communication and people management skills.
∎ Minimum 03 years' experience in resource mobilisation/ fundraising/ proposal development in an international development organisation, and/or a private foundation, and/or experience in CSR. Experience working with humanitarian programmes is a plus.
