Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install or maintain a right Quality Management System to ensure quality of product.
∎ Ensure that the QMC is in place & working as envisaged.
∎ Ensure that the existing QMC satisfy the buyer.
∎ Look for ways of improving exiting QMC so as to exceed expectations of the customer
∎ Ensure that buyer's specifications are properly understood.
∎ If there is any ambiguity/ confusion, he will confirm buyers actual Specification.
∎ Ensure that AQL of the company is properly maintained & exceeded.
∎ Insure that all incoming in process & final goods are properly inspected & documented.
∎ Ensure that all goods coming in the store are rigorously inspected for quality & quantity.
∎ Ensure that traffic light chart system of in the line inspection system is installed & working.
∎ Install both preventive & remedial measures against occurrence of any defect.
∎ Responsible for failure of quality passed garments.
∎ Ensure that all of his personnel are trained on their topics.
∎ Ensure continuous training of personnel to enhance their skill.
∎ Ensure rigorous control of rejects.
∎ Ensure rigorous control of repairable & washable garments
∎ Plan for year wise improvement of quality.
∎ Prepare a quality manual for the company so that company's quality & procedures re known to all and implemented at all levels
∎ Ensure that quality manual includes all policy, procedure & measures so as to unify actions.
∎ Monitor performance of suppliers of raw- Materials
∎ Ensure that supplier- customer chain in maintained in the production process.
∎ Ensure that production commences only when worksheet approved sample & swatch card are at hand.
∎ Confirm all kind of quality related work.
Salary: Negotiable
