Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop customer from initial stage like sample development and price negotiation.
∎ Monitor and execute all kind of merchandising work.
∎ Identify problem within the dept and solve accordingly.
∎ Negotiate with supplier for better price.
∎ Implement all kind of system which management give instruction. Maintain balanced relationship with all dept within organization. Ensure on-time shipment as well as on-time procurement.
∎ Follow-up product life cycle from development to shipment.
∎ Forecast business for company and achieve the goal.
∎ Set priority on work for the team and follow accordingly.
∎ Follow and execute instruction which come from seniors.
∎ Develop new Buyer as per company needs Ensure Marketing for factory
