Responsibilities & Context:
Lead the quality department as per buyers ‘quality standards (AQL, SOP, Manual, approved sample, etc.).
Overseeing, co-ordinating, and promoting the company`s Quality system and denim product quality improvement process to meet Customer`s requirements.
Responsible for quality function through the entire manufacturing process including incoming inputs, in-process, outputs, finished goods inspection, and testing of denim garments.
Working effectively interacts with technical, development, and production teams to maintain product quality: ensuring that targets are achieved for denim garments.
Finalizing the critical operation, quality points, and explaining to the Quality team.
Developing and implementing the inspection criteria and procedure.
Monitor & ensure product quality from fabric in-house to finished goods.
Conduct any other task assigned by the management.
