Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experienced in Quality Assurance in Knit garments Manufacturing Industry and understand quality standards.
∎ To take responsibilities in Quality Issues.
∎ Highly technically sound & capable to handle quality requirements of reputed brand buyers of which some have quality requirements of zero tolerance.
∎ Able to Work in dynamic Manner.
∎ Should Have Sound Knowledge about QMS, Product Safety & Compliance Issues.
∎ Ability to Data analysis & Take action to improve the skill level of Team.
∎ Provide advice / make judgment of whether the machinery could fulfill the production needs and manufacture quality products.
∎ Check materials used for bulk production are in acceptable quality (If needed) and make judgment on acceptance and rejection of marginal quality cases.
∎ Identify and provide solutions on production and manufacturing problems that might have impact on delivery and / or product quality.
∎ Analysis the customer complaints & give suitable feedback to customer with necessary action at our end & to avoid the complaints in future.
∎ Specify time frame for factories to implement improvements.
∎ Maintain the global QA standard operating procedure and date analysis to identify and resolve production quality.
∎ To understand Buyer Comment Sheet and act accordingly
∎ Well conversant with Garment manufacturing processes and quality aspects.
∎ Should have good analytic power and Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; excellent communicator.
∎ Perform any other tasks assign by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good command in English,
∎ Communicate in Email,
∎ Good in Microsoft Office related apps,
∎ The candidate should have excellent Quality Management skills
∎ Must have experience working in Knit garments factory,
∎ The candidate should have proven leadership skills
∎ Effective communication & coordination skills with related departments
∎ Should be self-motivated, hard working, sincere, ready to work under stress and should be a good team player
