Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering / Apparel Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering or relevant discipline. Candidates from reputed institutions will get preference.

Quality Assurance & Quality Control Management Woven Garments Production Process Inline, Pre-final & Final Inspection AQL Standards & Quality Systems Root Cause Analysis & CAP Management Buyer Requirement & Technical Compliance Denim Washing & Finishing Quality Team Leadership & People Management Shipment Quality Approval Process MS Office & Quality Reporting

1. Manage overall Quality Assurance operations for woven garments production.

2. Ensure product quality from development stage to final shipment.

3. Monitor inline, pre-final, and final inspections as per buyer requirements.

4. Implement and maintain quality systems, SOPs, and buyer quality standards.

5. Analyze quality defects and execute corrective & preventive action plans.

6. Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Technical, and IE teams to ensure quality compliance.

7. Maintain targeted DHU, RFT, and shipment performance.

8. Handle buyer audits, quality meetings, and inspection requirements independently.

9. Ensure quality compliance in Shirt, Pant, Denim, and multi-woven products.

10. Train and develop QA/QC team members to improve performance and product quality.

11. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports for management review.
