Responsibilities & Context:

1. Lead and manage the overall production operations of woven garments units efficiently.

2. Ensure production targets are achieved as per shipment plan and buyer requirements.

3. Monitor production planning, line balancing, efficiency, and productivity improvement activities.

4. Coordinate with Merchandising, Planning, IE, Quality, Technical, and Maintenance teams for smooth production flow.

5. Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and resources.

6. Analyze production performance and take corrective actions to minimize wastage and downtime.

7. Maintain production quality standards, on-time delivery, and compliance requirements.

8. Implement lean manufacturing tools and continuous improvement initiatives.

9. Handle critical production issues and shipment challenges effectively.

10. Monitor daily production reports, efficiency reports, DHU, and operational KPIs.

11. Ensure workplace discipline, safety, and effective team management across production floors.

12. Develop and motivate production team members to achieve organizational goals.
